Kathy Norris has a passion for fiber arts that began over 30 years ago when she started knitting with needles. She taught herself to knit using a knitting loom while teaching at Michaels Arts and Crafts in Southern California. In addition to knitting, Kathy is an accomplished bead and crochet artist.
Kathy’s first loom knit designs were used in her classes to teach others to use the loom. In 2005, she began publishing her designs online and with various publishers.
Kathy has been married to her husband and best friend since 1982. They share their home in Choctaw , OK with their daughter and 3 dogs along with her yarn and bead stash.

Can I please get easier step by step instructions or a video on the knifty knitter loopy boa?
I am looking for Kathy Norris who went to Panorama Baptist Elementary School, in Southern California. If you are that Kathy, please drop me a quick note. There are several of us from our 1st -6th grade class that have made connections. If you are not the Kathy we are looking for, please excuse this intrusion on your privacy.
Hope to hear from you.
Hello,
My mother, who is disabled, has purchased one of your circular looms and wishes to know about casting on. Are there more ways than one if so could you send instructions for them.
Many thanks.
With best wishes,
Clive. Hemming
Hello
I found you because I purchased the knit quick project book from michaels I have some questions about the baby blanket. Is there a way I can email you?
I was wondering if you know how to do the waffle stitch on a long loom… I’ve looked everywhere, and have checked all my loom knitting books to no avail. I can’t believe that it is nowhere to be found! (I’ve checked YouTube tutorials, also).
Thank you for any help
